Jatiluwih Eco Farm sits amidst the UNESCO World Heritage rice terraces of Jatiluwih. For generations, our family has tended to this land using the traditional Subak irrigation system, ensuring harmony between nature and agriculture.
Today, we invite you to not just witness the beauty of our terraces, but to taste the bounty they produce. From our heritage red rice to our organic vegetables, every ingredient tells a story of resilience and respect for the earth.
Farm to Table Philosophy
We believe that food tastes best when it's fresh and local. That's why 80% of our ingredients are sourced directly from our own farm or neighboring farmers in Tabanan.
